STEP 01
Raw material
Selection of PP / HDPE granules and natural fibre suited to each product.
STEP 02
Extrusion
Polymer is melted and drawn into filaments or tapes of the required denier.
STEP 03
Twisting
Filaments are twisted and plied into rope and twine of target strength.
STEP 04
Winding & packing
Finished product is wound into coils or spools and packed for dispatch.
